Change is gonna come.
For quite some time now I've really been neglecting this blog and I've been trying to figure out why. I think I've now finally figured out what my problem is and I have also come up with a solution.
My computer at home is shit, and since I can't update using my iPhone it feels like an effort everytime write a post, so therefore I'm going to leave blogg.se and start a blogspot blog instead. I need to design it first and all but I'll keep you posted on when the switch will happen. Once that's up and running you can count on more updates from my little London self. Ta-ta for now

Back at work :(
I can't believe my last week of freedom disappeared sooo quickly. Now I've been back at work for a few days and it feels like I never had a summer holiday! Buhuuu!
Leaving Arnie in the mornings has worked great and it's a lovely to come home to a happy little fellow that's dying to spend some time with ya.
Working late today, which is a bit of a drag, but so far the first week's been really good.
Booked a flight to Sweden for me and Fraze in November, so we can attend my cousin's wedding. Need to squeeze another weekend in maybe in October?
Need to get my hair cut
However not as short as in this picture....

Jesus why did I not stop the man cutting my hair???
Short hair is just not for me, however it did do wonders for my hair though. I mean I've got quite good hair quality as it is but after this horrendous cut my locks were fab! I love this pic of me and SJ - miss her a lot! Why is HK halfway across the world?
My No 1 prediction
I knew Roll Deep's "Green light" would make it to no 1 eventually and last weekend it did and now my next bet is on this song Jason Derulo's "What if". I love it - enjoy!
Aggggghhhhhhh!!!!!
I know I'm rubbish updating LSB during my summer holidays. I mean I should have all the time in the world to sit down and blog, but for some reason I just haven't got around to it. My summer has been one long blurry sequence, and I can't believe it's time to go back to 6:30 wakeup calls, marking and countdowns to halfterms- in less than a week!
Compare to last summer (trips to Sweden, attending 4 weddings, relaxing in Mexico, shopping in New York, partying in Belfast & Marbella) this holiday has felt and been very different. Like I've said before I knew it would be, but I never thought I'd actually enjoy it as much as I have. Besides getting to know Arnie, loving life with Frazer (we're so good together) enjoying several bbqs, I've also been to Sweden and back (less than 48h) had my bestest sister over for a visit and tried on A LOT of white dresses (exiciting!) and above everything properly relaxed.
Getting ready for a proper girls weekend in Bournemouth for Carrie's hen, really looking forward to some proper partying. Last year around this time the Sutton girls showed me what they were made of and hopefully the MK girls will be able to let loose in the same way!
I'll try to not leave it too long til another update, LSB is still alive and kickin it!

Tonight
Going around Jack and Hayley's tonight (with the doggie of course) and I'm soon gonna bake a chocolate cake to take with - looking forward to it!

2 ball Arnie
I know I keep going on about him, but my summer has pretty much been about taking care of Arnie and I'm actually proud of that. After a run around the park we went to the vet to have his claws trimmed, since we've been struggling for a week or two to do it at home. Of course the was absolutely NO issues whatsoever, but ah well it got done and we also found out that Arnie now has TWO balls instead on only one which was the case 3 weeks ago. Happy days !

A must see
We went to see Inception last night and oh my I tell ya, it was by far one of the best films I've seen in a looong time. If you haven't managed to see it yet do, you won't be disappointed I promise.

ON higher ground
We normally never allow Arnie on the sofa or on the bed or anything like that, but today was a special day so he got to spend 10 min with us on higher ground...

Lead training

A real poser!

I was inspired
G & Rach stopped by yesterday and we had a lovely long (4h+) chat like always. They inspired me to start putting unwanted items on Ebay which I now have. I can't believe how much stuff I've held onto, just cus. Now I'm selling some jewellery and a few handbags - hoping to cash in! Yeay!
What a cool job!
Hayley's just one of the coolest chicks I know and she's got sucha cool job as well working as a stylist. I'm so bringing this girl with me when it comes to looking for the dress with the capital D.

Can you not work any faster?
The lady next door to us is getting her bathroom redone and there has been non-stop drilling since yesterday - I'm going absolutely NUTS! I guess it is payback time for 2 years ago when WE were the ones doing the drilling, hammering and making other equally awful sounds, hehe.
When we went to Rosie & Dave's last weekend for their house-warming BBQ it got me thinking about what it was like those first 2 months after we bought the house. How naive we both were thinking it was going to be done and dusted in 4 weeks or so when it ended up taking more than 10 something weeks (don't even think we're fully done yet 2 years later...) When I hear R & D talk about the never ending trips to DIY stores I kind of shrug at the thought of doing it all again, but then there's another side of me that can't wait.

Doing up a flat/house requires you have to have
a) a lot of patience (which is pretty much non-existing in my life)
b) to be able to see the bigger picture (which I often struggle to do since I want to see the finished product immediately)
and c) a capacity not to gain weight from all the fast food you'll eat whilst doing the decorating (I mean who wants to cook after 12h of painting - give me a KFC!)
I want to go too!!!
I'm so jealous of SJ & PJ who have just headed off to the Four Seasons Resort in Langkawi, Malaysia. Looks so impressive, have a look:

Thought I'd share some of...
- my favs at the moment, enjoy!
So much to learn...
I've been reading so much over the past few days about puppy training and how to do this, that and the other so now I'm a bit fed up. Arnie is playing well and already follows commands like "sit" and "no" which is fab! He's getting used to having the collar on and is now in fact in his crate snoring away with it on, hehe!
I really can't wait to start taking him outside, I want him to see and experience the world not just the inside of our house and garden. He's having his second jab on Monday so then he'll be good to go.
Want the weather to clear up though..because this cloudy weather is really starting to bore me out - bring on the sunshine!
